Research sell lines

I need a sell line or strapline for my magazine.
Mine could be:
The UK's top Classical magazine 2016.
Q put their's above the masthead. I don't think I want to do that.

I think I want mine below the masthead.

I also need an album guide and maybe a free download.

I like this Plus and I really like the scrolls either side of it.
